What age can a minor child in Florida choose to live with non custodial parent

There is no age at which a person below 18 can choose where he or she may live, but judges give greater weight to the opinion of the child as the child gets older. Some judges will allow the child to choose which parent he or she will live with at 13, others at 16, others not at all.
