child custody/child support

My son was taken from florida 8yrs ago and brought to NewYork by his father without my knowlwdge -i was advised to press kidnapping charges on his father in order to get him back and i did not. Shortly after that i lost custody of my son.

Now after keeping us apart for so long he want to take me to court for more money for support. I cannot afford an attorney and would like to have my son as a part of my life. I dont know what to do? what can i do?

You need to speak with a New York attorney about filing for visitation or file for visitation in New York on your own.
