Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If a child hates a parent & doesn't wish to live with that parent and wants to live @ another state with the absent parent, What is the only way that parent can legally relinquish all ties with that child. Including, visitations, medical & support without being liable in the future?

The parents are divorced and they are both remarried.

There is a process that parents can use to dis-own their delinquent children in court. It is a very complected process. It may not succeed as the state does not want to have a dependent child on their hands. However, if the child is determined by the court to be of sufficient maturity and able care for him/herself, the court may emancipate the child and give the child adult like status.
