Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What can i do if my child is starting to show signs of parental alienation against me and my family/boyfriend due to my ex telling her things and putting ideas in her head.? it says in our divorce agreement that both parties are not to "badmouth" the other to the child. Can i take him to court for contempt? what would that solve? should i ask for full custody? I know that he is trying to damage my relationship with her, make her fearful of the people in my life, and ultimately trying to get to me using our daughter which i find very very upsetting. Should i take her to a counselor so i have all of this on record since I know the judge will take his word over my daughters word.

You have valid issues here, and I think you need an attorney to help. I think it is contempt of court for the other party to "bad mouth" you to the child. This is too complicated to give you advice in this forum. Please seek an attorney to help you.
