Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My childs mother got arrested the other day a few years ago she was arrested for meth and possession before our daughter was born her arrest report says drive under influence alcohol/drugs 1st off its in a different county. what does that mean how can i find out if its drugs? also what are my chances to get full custody of my child if it is drugs and she is convicted?

No matter where the the arrest was - you will need a copy of it - but in order to get custody you must file a Petition for Custody, Child Support and Visitation (supervised), serve her with the docs and attach as your exhibits the arrest records of her past indescretions.
