Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

am going to court in july for a child support modification. the father has sworn todrag the case out for years. if, on this first hearing the hearing officer grants any type of extension to the father can I ask for temporary support and what chance do I have for having it granted. I live on ss and the father earns in the low six figures.

You really need an attorney. You may request temp child support and temp spousal support.
