Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my ex and I went to court for modification of custody and we went to hearing his lawyer and him make accusations that I neglected the childrens health care and dental care that I was abusive and moved to many times they ever accused me of having department of children and families called on me many times all of these things were untrue and that had no proof to back up any of these accusations the only thing they had proof of was that in aug of 2008 I ask him for some money from him to help me out. Do you think I have a chance on keeping my kids. We divorced Jan 06 and the kids have been with me he is now relocated to South Korea and wants full custody. We went to court on Dec 23rd and I have not heard of the judges decision and I'm worried My youngest son is 6yrs old and my ex and I separated when he was just 14month old All three of my children have never been away from me more than 2 months they are now 11, 9 and 6???
