Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Court orded me to pay 1/2 of my child's medical expenses in 60 days. If I don't its added to the back support. I have a pile of bills now and the 60 days are up. Wouldn't it make sense to just have these bills added to the back support? I'm paying a small amount each month towards the back support, so what's the difference? Seems like an interest free loan to me.
