Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm in a custody case with the father and we went to court and it was supposed to finish this last time but the petioner never gave me the evidence, so the judge said he would give the petioner 2 weeks to get me the evidence and it has well over 2 weeks. I want to know if I should be filing a motion or am I to wait till I go to court and the judge will handle it.

file a motion for contempt/enforcement of an Order is the judge issued an order on this matter. If not, just made the statement in court, then file a Motion to Compel on the failure to comply with the instructions of the court.
