Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Our daughter is 35 years old and makes stupid decisions that we literally have been paying for! for 6 years no job and she has become dependent on "mommy" for money, i want it stopped! we are not in any way liable for her actions are we? this cannot go on she must stand on her own! she has been out of our house for 14years, the house she bought is a piece of crap, and of course now mommy is paying for house repairs??? we pay for everything!! i think divorce is my only way out, my wife thinks she has to pay for her forever! please tell me------- any liability??------- will divorce clear me???

You are not liable for the actions of your 35 year old daughter. If you get a divorce, you will not be required as a part of that process, to pay anything to your daughter.
