Daycare Expenses?

My Ex and I settled on our visitation and child support in April. My child support and arearage includes my share of day care expenses, which she only started going to daycare during our pending case. She has since gotten married and quit her job and taken my daughter out of daycare. Do I have the ability to go back and request modification due to a material change????

If the amount for the payment of daycare is substantial, then yes, you could petition for a modification. Keep in mind that modifications work both ways, however, and you may end up owing more monies.
