Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In our dissolution of marriage papers it states that "Child Support guidelines have not been calculated in this matter based upon agreement of the parties that the husband shall pay child support for the minor child as follows: The parties agree that the wife shall receive the sum of $345 per month from the husband as child support for the minor child. etc until the child is 18 or graduates high school." I do not see my child due to the distance between us and my inability to go get her. I am employed through a union but have not received hardly any work this year. I live in a household with four minor girls also, not mine. I get a pension payment from my deceases father of $345 monthy. which I was using to pay her the support payments. now its the only source of income I have. I have not paid her support since November. can I get in trouble for this? is there a way to give up all parental rights and stop paying the support?
