divorce - done as uncontested - 3 years later you find out it was really a case of infidelity - can it be reopened and get more?

No. And regardless, Florida is a "no fault" divorce state, thus infidelity wouldn't have gotten you more even if you had known about it three years ago.

Sorry, the answer is no. There is only one ground for Divorce in Florida - irreconcillable differences, ie "no fault". The only difference in the divorce would have been if this were contested, the alimony, if given, would have been offset by the amount of marital funds used to further the affair.
