Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

divorce/child custody

my wife and I are in the process of getting a divorce. She ahas a lawyer, I do not.

Her lawyer offered me a marital settlement which was ridiculous.

She had a baby and I want the child to be tested to make sure he is my child or not. She says he is not.

Can I request the judge to order her have the baby tested at her expense (since she has been cheating on me during the marriage and up until the day she had left me), so that I have some rights or protection? What do I do? Please answer soon

You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorney's individualized advice for you. Generally, the testing is done at the expense of the moving party. Upon filing an appropriate motion, the Court will probably order the testing but be prepared to pay all expenses involved.
