Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

When I divorced in 2007, the decree awarded me 8 years of alimony and for him to pay of my two mortgages completely within 2 years. He nevered paid off the mortgages but made the payments. He also owes me 4 years in alimony support. My alimony support stops in May 2015. I know he has money stashed away. He is currently paying his high mortgage payments on a vacant home, he owes a hotel in Jamaica, his POA deposited over $20k into an account that happened to have both our names on it. The POA claimed its money to pay his bills and because I'm not a thief, I never touched the money. I found out that while owing me the alimony, he earned millions and purchased a few assets but gave me the excuse that he didn't have the money and he would try to get it for me when he can. He never did and I was such a nice person that I didn't pursue legal actions against him. Now he's been incarcerated for the last year and for another 3 years Can these back payments be paid when he is released.

Good question but only a Judge can make that decision. File a Motion.
