Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i have been divorsed since october. in the divorse agreement it states that the ex huspand is not to have any visitation, the mother is to have full sole custody due to the father having a mental illness that caused him to threaten to commit suicide. if he takes me back to court to try and get visitation and some parental rights what are his chances of getting and what will he have to do to get it??
