Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

what can i do?i have to rush out of state for a family emergency but, i refuse to leave my son behind because his father cannot agree with me. He is not on child support, he is not the one that takes care of him , if u ask him any questions about our child he would'nt know. Im frusterated with him. We both have no lawyers , no past law issues, his name is on the birth certificate but thats it. Am i able to take my son with me.?

Yes you can take your son because he has no rights under the law until such time as he enforces them. Contact my office for free consultation.
