Emancipation

At what age can a minor attempt to emancipate herself in the state of Florida? Are there certain guidelines or criteria she has to meet in order to be able to do this?

There is no brighht line test. I am aware of children as young as 15 being declared emancipated in my county. This is truly a discretionary call by the judge.
