emancipation of your child
if i wanted to give my rights up as mother to my daugther and she is 17yrs old?She is unberable to live with and she is out of control disrespecting what can i do?

You can't just turn her over to the state, if that's what you are asking. If she wants to live as an adult, and can prove to a judge that she has her own job, place to live, means of support, etc., you can consent to her emancipation. As long as her father agrees, a judge will probably allow her to live on her own as an adult, but your daughter will have to initiate the lawsuit.
