Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex-husband was granted a temporary motion of relief on are custody Parenting plan and the 90 days is over, does mean the temporary motion is terminated and we go back to are original custody agreement or what happens?

I don't know what you mean when you say that the 90 days is over. Temporary orders last until the judge makes some kind of change to them or a final judgment is entered unless the order says otherwise.
