My Ex-wife Had another mans baby while we was still marrried and we divorced for that reason they said she is not entitled to my retirement is this true?

If the Final Judgment, Dissolution Order, or Marital Settlement Agreement contains that described provision, it is a valid order. Such orders, depending on the length of marriage, age, children, earnings, and other factors, are not unusual.
