Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Father and his wife are threatening to have me fired from my new job. I made a monetary mistake when working for my father 3 years ago and if I don't do as asked they will send letters to my supervisors. What should I do?

This is not really a legal question at this point. You know what happened, and you know your supervisors. You know what you said in the interview. You know what you wrote on your resume. You know the responsibilities of your job. Only you can decide what to do.

Agree with Mr. Kaufman but recommend speaking with a local Employment Law attorney. Call the parents bluff, tell them you may sue them for interference with your employment contract and, if they have been taking money from you, extortion; you can file a civil and criminal complaint. Lastly let Father know that unless this stops he will never see a grandchild.
