Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

filing the same motion

I have been divorced for several years now. During those years, my former husband has done everything to avoid selling our home, which the Florida courts have said must be sold. The home is located in Michigan so I have Florida and Michigan attorney. He has ruined my credit as the mortgage is in my name and has gone to foreclosre several times the last years. He is his own attorney and keeps filing motions and several of the motions he files are the '''' same '''' motion !!!! My question (( besides HELP... when will this end)) is,

''''how many times can he file the same motion in the same court?''''

I would think once is all but... he lets a year go by and files the same one again. I feel this an abuse of me and our court system BUT I do not know what else to do but defend myself...

Thank you, I need some outside help and know it is appreciated..
