Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

final judgement for divorce was jan 29, 09. at hearing ex spouse and his attorney stated that the only source of income for ex spouse was his military pension so child support was based off taht amount. i have recently obtained documentation that on jan 5, 09, ex spouse was hired for a job with a base salary of 57,000. per year. in addition to military pension of about 47,000. should he have disclosed this at final? do i have any recourse at this point.....they both lied about finacial income.

He should have disclosed it. You could reopen your divorce case, but it's probably just as easy to file a motion to modify your child support. You should have a lawyer assist you with this.
