How does one find out if there is a gradianship over a person in foster care and what can they do to break the gradianship if they are 19 and the gardianship doesnt end until 21? this is in the state of florida

Check the records of the clerk in the county in which the person lives or the counties in which the person has lived in the past.

Guardianships are sometimes temporary, but usually they last for life and can't be "broken."
