Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i have a friend who is looking into getting emancipated. in maine. but she would be coming to live with me in Florida after the process goes through how would that work? what would she need to do in order for that to work?

You would have to ask a Maine lawyer that question. She would have to get emancipated in Maine. It's probably easier in Maine, anyway, since Florida is one of the few states that requires parental permission for emancipation.
