I am the half owner of a sailboat in the us . My soon x and I are on the Fl reg papers together. She is now suing for a silly divorce after I found her fucking my best friend, and want full ownership of our 100.000 $ boat.

She is living the life of a socialite in Miami

She has a son she disowned before I knew her because he came out of the closet. He loves his mother she hates him. I want to donate or sell my part for a buck to him.Can i do that.

Can you give your half of a boat owned jointly to someone else, or sell....

You have to sort out your divorce first before you can do anything with the boat. File your case asap.
