Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi,

my question is if my ex-husband moves out of state and won't be any longer have our child for overnights would it somehow have an effect on child support currently calculated based on his time-sharing on 6 nights per month?

Yes you would be entitled to moe child support, a lot more.
