Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I need out of this house!

My husband and I own a house and in our divorce papers it states that each party will pay their portion of the mortgage and reside in the house til it sells. well i moved out and im having to pay my rent and my part of the mortgage still and my house still hasn't sold. Do I have a way out of this and what would happen if I just walked away since im not making any money when the house sells anyway with this horrible housing market? what would be the reprocutions to that?
