Re: husband takes daughter

First, she has had one year to seek assistance through some woman's agency. The county bar association can steer her to a proper help agency. This wouldn't cost her anything. Second, she has had one year to get some type of work to save a couple of dollars to get a lawyer if she wanted for probably the most important thing in her life. It doesn't make total sense. Re: husband takes daughter

Seek immediate visitation and joint custody. Since you live out of state , the primary residential parent will have to be determined. Good luck.
