can i have my soon to be ex husbands wages garnished? I want to know if I can have my husbands wages garnished for all the items that he pawned or sold without my knowledge for his drug habit? And/or if I can have his wages garnished for the hardship that he caused me by his drug habit ruining our marriage and the fact that I lost the home that I owned, a car and now have bad credit because I wasnt able to pay for ANY bills. -

You must obtain a court judgment in your favor first. Then, you may enforce the court order through wage garnishment. I don't recommend that you try this yourself.
