Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What is my right with joint custody and I pay my child support on time and the right amount? Do I have any say so? Do I have the right to just go get my child anytime I want? Do I have the right to decipline if necessary? Do I have the right to cancel their plans because I want to see my child?

Is there a time-sharing/visitation plan in place? If so, you need to follow that.

If there is not, you will want to file a petition with the court so that a plan can be established that spells out the rights of both parties with regard to spendiing time with the child.
