Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my three kids ages 13,12,and 9 came to me from illinois to florida for a visit, when they got here the kids were telling me some unspeekable things they were to do at thier dadys house my children is going to counseling and enrolled in school but thier dad says there coming home and i dont know what to do HELP me

not enough information. Does he have a custody order in place. If so, you will need comply with that state's order and fight for a change in that state. If there is no order in place, then you need to file an emergency motion for temporary custody until the court can hear the matter and make a ruling.
