Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have three kids with my ex girlfriend and we split time with the kids this week I had only my middle son and he wanted to stay longer with me so I messaged his mother and told her that she is now at my house demanding I give him back can I call the cops on her or will they just give him back

The cops may (or may not) do something. Get an order for custody. Use a lawyer.

You need a court order to state your rights. I suggest you file a Petition for Paternity, Support, Custody/Visitation rights.
