Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I would like to know the best legal methods in compelling my 10-year-old son's mom to adhere to the timesharing parenting plan that we both agreed to in 2005 (Broward County, Florida Courts). Since this mediation (which I filed petition to set up child support payments for my son). For reasons unbeknownst to me, my doing this angered my son's mom. I've since relocated to the Atlanta, Georgia area and from time to time my son's mom has blocked my communication efforts with my son by changing telephone numbers & not providing me with the new numbers for months at a time. At which point, I would continue sending the child support payments including letters pleading for her to give me a new number or to even provide me with an email address, to no avail. At any rate, I made a visit to Florida this past March and my son's mom allowed me to visit with my son (I'm thinking it's because she needed to give me paperwork from her employer/ and reference my son for health insurance). She had removed my son from her health insurance plan saying that it was [too] expensive & that she refuses to pay the expense. Being that she needed something from me & that she stood to benefit from my presence is why I strongly believe she allowed me to visit with my son. I later informed my son's mom that I wouldn't be able to add my son to my health insurance & she sent me an email saying to forget that I even have a son since I couldn't add him to my insurance plan; promising me that I will never see or talk to my son again; that I should forget about his existence. This happened over 5-months-ago and she has not answered her phone, nor has my son answered his phone (or made any efforts to return my call). During mediation in 2005, the respondent (mom of my son) and I signed and agreed to a shared parenting plan (timesharing/visitation/healthcare/dental). However, based on what I've described to you she has not been in compliance. She has done little to foster or to even allow me to maintain a loving relationship with my son. I'm just really emotionally drained & Im tired of walking around on egg shells trying to pacify my son's mom in order to have some sort of relationship with my child. She surprised me in the summer of 2007 when she initiated wanting to send my son out for a visit with me. However, when he returned home fall 2007 she said she will [never] allow him to return to my home without giving me an explanation. I'm seeking legal advice in what are my rights in this matter in trying to compel my son's mom to comply to what she agreed to & to also possibly file for a motion to change the visitation timesharing due to my no longer living in the same state as my son. Thanking you in advance for your help.
