Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In March 2012, I was order by Cobb Cty, Ga to pay child support. Due to my financial situation, I was forced to relocate to my parents home in Plant City, FL. Since I was 15 years old I have been diagnosed with Severe Scoliosis, and now also have rheumatoid arthritis. Finally, on 09/2013 I was granted SSI. To my understanding, I am no longer obligated to pay child support due to disabilities. Also, my eldest of 2 sons turned 18 on 8/26/2014, and has since graduated High school. Recently, my ex has served me for failure to comply with child support, and 50% of medical bills from March 2012. Now I have to appear in court in Georgia, and respond to the clerk of cobb county within 30 days from service. I have done some research, regarding the above, but I'm not certain what to do?

Suggest you retain GA counsel. The court must be advised of the situation.
