Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

marking of evidence

I am pro se. Court requested pre marking of evidence before trial. I read somewhere that Petitioner uses letters and respondent numbers, is that correct? Does exhibits need to be already marked by letters/ numbers in pre trial statement ?

Re: marking of evidence

It's up to the judge, but most judge's require both sides to use numbers, so you start with Petitioner's Exhibit 1, Petitioner's Exhibit 2, etc. The Respondent uses Respondent's Exhibit 1, Respondent's Exhibit 2, etc. Label makers are good for pre-marking exhibits.
