If i was married an my husband didnt file the paper with the court an we are not doing go he is abusive an i was just recently unemployed an he has a house an alot of money we been together for 8 years but only been married since june can i still get a divorce an make him buy me out of the house even if my name is not on the house an we built the house together but i dont have proof but like a nut i gave him the money with out any proof of any kind with alone with everything he has proof everything is in his name.

If the house was purchased while you were married, you can force the house to be sold in a divorce and you can claim your half of the proceeds. If the house was bought before you were married in his name, the the house is most likely his.
