Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

not married

i was married in va in 1956.i was divorcied in fl 1959.she moved back to fl 1962 and we lived together until 2007 and she filed for divorce again and got a property setelment she was granted a divorce in fl august 2007. is this legal and does the property setelment hold up

Frankly, your question does not seem to make sense. If you got divorced in 1959 then "she" cannot get divorced from you in 2007 if you were already divorced nor would she get any settlement. You need to repost this question with a clearer fact statement.
