can you be married in virginia, and get a divorce in florida

Your divorce is based on where you live - are you a resident of Florida? Is the party you are divorcing a resident of Virigina. If yes - then you would have to sue for divorce in Virigina because Florida has no jurisdiction over that person unless they waive venue.
