Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am married 27 years to a man who is emotionally abuse to me. Now that our sons are adults, this seems to have escalated.

I do have my own individual bank accounts, but own property with him. I have made my sons benificaries on my own accounts.

I do not have an individual will... or a joint will

My question is this;

How can I ensure, if anything should happen to me, any money or possesions that I have managed to save will go exclusively to them.

Is this possible without getting a divorce? if so how do I go about it?

Place assets in trust with them as beneficiaries.
