Modification of support

If an ex spouse asks for a reduction

in child support and/or alimony

can I have an attorney ask for a

copy of his tax fillings,this would

show how much he really earned.

Also can they ask for a reduction if

he remarried and has help with his

living a comfortable life.Because I

have read some of your answers

on this site that says the judge will

sometimes consider that lifestyle.

his tax returns are discoverable. It is possible for the judge to consider all sources of your ex-spouses income.
