Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My mom is a paralegal so I had her type up a motion for a paternity test and termination of parental rights for my sons father. My son is 6 months & ever since he was born his father has been hiding from me & changed his number & him & his friends told me he moved to cali & got married. However I went to his Aunts house& spoke to his cousin and my sons father lied he still lives in florida and isn't married & he still works at scarletts Cabaret as a barback. I want to know how much someone would charge to represent me if he ends up trieing to fight me and hire an attorney. I don't care if his rights are terminated or not. But if he isn't going to help me out with my son then He doesn't have a right to have his rights intact. He smokes weed and works in a strip club. So are there any attorney that could give me a discounted rate because I don't have a bunch of money & I would want to request attorneys fees & filing fees since I'm having to drag him to court & hunt him down. I know he is the father & he knows he is to & so does everyone else. My son looks just like him but now he is denying it. Also I was married when my son was born however my husband knows hes not his because we didn't start dating until after I was already pregnant. We will sign something to state that my husband isn't the biological father. Also I am in Broward County, Florida. I am not willing to change my sons last name either. It is going to stay my husband's last name, seeing as how he is the one who has been raising him since birth. We are hoping his biological father will just terminate his rights so my husband can adopt him.
