money hungry mothers !!!

why should a man that has his child more than the mom or at least 40 % of the time be ordered to pay child support? this is ridiculous and than ask for money for clothes and threatn to take full custody of child help anyone !!!!!!

Under Florida's guidelines, if the man has the child more than 50% of the time (more than the mom, as you've said), he should not be ordered to pay child support. If he has the child between 40% and 50% of the time, the child support will likely be greatly reduced.

Florida law does not require that the person paying support purchase clothing for the time that the child is with the other person. You only need to buy clothes for when the child is with you.

Sole ("full") custody has nothing to do with child support. Sole custody is only granted in very rare circumstances where it's shown that a parent is absolutely incapable of being around the child without causing some harm or danger to the child, or where the parent has shown no interest in the child.

Kids are expensive, but there's no need to panic.
