Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I need to obtain the rest of my personal belongings back from my former fiancee. Would need a court order.

Do I file in Palm Beach County, where his house is and the belongings are, or in Broward County where I live?

Palm Beach is safer. Easier to get a hearing there as well.
