Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I paid off my remaining child support 6 months early and my case closed in October 2015. My e-wife filed a Petition for Judicial Review on 4-4-16 (6 months after the case was closed). I read somewhere that she has 90 days from the court closing the case to file this and this is 6 months, is it acceptable, or will the courts state it was filed too late? How does this work, meaning, will this go before a judge and we need to go back to court? Or will the court just respond to the Review with the results of their findings? If I wanted to reply to this Judicial, how many days after the Review is filed can I respond (i read some where it was 21 days-meaning I have until April 25th, is this correct)?.

I believe she is outside of the perimeter of filing. However, it you were served with a summons to respond to this, then you need to respond whether it proceeds in the court system or not. This is more of an administration review rather than a judicial review.

If the case was closed it is not likely that it will be re-opened.
