Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex and I have a parenting plan we came up with in mediation that is signed off by a judge. In the plan it says that we must keep in contact when it comes to our child. My ex never ever calls, ever. Is it my responsibility to constantly call him and let him know how our child is or is it his responsibility to call me about our son? We have had the agreement for 9 months and he has only seen our son less than a week combined time because he is too busy. The last time we had a agreement he didn't show or call at all. Any advice on what I could do since he is not following the agreement would help too. Thank you.

yes, since he is not honoring the agreement, take him back to court for increased child support.
