Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My parents are going through a divorce right now and i'd like to know something. I have been planning on moving in with my sister, in a different state. I would like to know if i will be able to move in with my sister if my parents are going through a divorce?

If you are under 18 and the parents object you must have court approval before the move.
