You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorney's individualized advice for you. You can file a suit to establish paternity in the family court of the county in which you reside. The court will order DNA testing and determine who the natural father is. If you are found to be the father, you can establish your rights and those of your wife to the rearing of your child. You would be well advised to retain a qualified attorney to represent you in this matter.
