Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm from Philippines married African American for 6 Years have 2 daughter's 4 and 5. My husband want divorce. I'm emotionally abuse for 6 Years of our marriage. I don't know how to drive and no job. And he want me to deport. I already have my permanent resident card last year by the help of my aunt. I hid it for my husband because don't want me ask help to anybody. I'm scared with him. And always yelling at me and every time he upset. He always hurt my feelings. He told if he gonna be evil he send me back to my country and the kids is with him. I love my kids very much I don't want them to take away from me. He don't help me to take care of them since a baby and also house. And my cousin want to help me get me out and stay with her. How can I get out with legal action? What I'm going to do first? I'm so scared of my situation. He so scary when he is angry. Please help me what to do.

You have rights. If you are being threatened then appeal to the closest abuse center to you. There is there is the Betty Griffith house in St. Augustine and the Sulzbacher Center in Duval County. They can help you.
